Frequently asked questions

How long until it arrives?

Production takes 3 to 5 working days. Then shipping: 2 to 4 working days in Portugal and 5 to 10 in the European Union. You get the CTT tracking code by email as soon as the order leaves.

Where do you ship?

Portugal and the European Union. Portugal €5.40, free from €60.00. European Union €9.80, free from €100.00. Outside the EU, not yet.

How are the pieces made?

Every piece is 3D printed in Portugal, to order.

Do the pieces fit together?

Yes. Every piece sits on the same 50 mm grid, with studs on top and a socket underneath, so any piece stacks on any other, whatever the size. A piece bought today fits one bought a year from now.

Which colours are there?

5 colours: Charcoal, Cotton, Sakura, Lavender and Savanna. Pick the colour on the piece's page before adding it to the cart. We do not retire a colour while pieces are still sold in it.

Can I get an invoice with my tax number?

Yes. At payment there is an optional field for a Portuguese tax number (NIF). The invoice is issued with that number and sent by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed by Stripe: card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store card details.

Can I return a piece?

You have 14 days after delivery to return without giving a reason. Conditions, refund times and what to do if a piece arrives damaged are in Shipping and returns.

How do I track my order?

The confirmation email has a link with the order status. You can also sign in to My account with the email you used to buy, no password.

I did not get the confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to ola@bloki.pt with the name and address you used, and we will find the order.
