What we keep

For each order we keep the name, email, shipping address, tax number (if given), the pieces bought and the order status. We keep this to fulfil the order, issue the invoice and meet tax obligations.

For how long

Invoicing data is kept for 10 years, as Portuguese law requires. Other data is deleted or anonymised on request.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process the payment.
• CTT, to deliver the order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database.
• Resend, which sends the confirmation emails.

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. The cart is stored in your browser. One cookie remembers the language you chose, and the account page sets a session cookie only after you sign in.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by email at ola@bloki.pt.
