Shipping and returns

Production

Every piece is 3D printed in Portugal, to order. Production takes 3 to 5 working days, plus shipping time.

Shipping

We ship with CTT, the Portuguese post, with a tracking code. One price per destination, whatever the size of the order.

• Portugal: €5.40, free from €60.00. 2 to 4 working days.
• Spain: €9.80, free from €100.00. 3 to 6 working days.
• Rest of the European Union: €9.80, free from €100.00. 5 to 10 working days.

Returns

You can return any piece within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, which implements the EU consumer rights directive. The piece must arrive unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty.

We refund by the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, send us photographs at ola@bloki.pt within 3 days of delivery. We replace it at no cost.

Warranty

All goods carry the legal warranty of 3 years.
